A main field of activity of Hildesheim Videoproduktionen is multi-camera video recording and video production. Several cameras of the same type are used. This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. Hildesheim Videoproduktionen offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.

The video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. The multi-camera recording makes it possible to capture the many areas of the event from different perspectives in the picture. We rely on modern cameras that are remote-controlled. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be controlled by just one person. An entire event can be fully recorded by just one person.

Through many years of activity, we also have a wealth of experience in this area. Several hundred TV reports, video reports and reports were produced and broadcast. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.

Depending on the assignment, several cameras are also used for interviews, discussion events and roundtables. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. Of course, we rely on the multi-camera method insofar as it is an interview and conversation situation with several people. Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience. The time required can be reduced if the video recordings are conversations and interviews without an audience.

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. After the video recording, the video editing inevitably follows. The soundtracks or audio tracks have to be adjusted and mixed while the video material is being edited. If additional text and image material is to be integrated, this is not a problem. Logos and blurbs can also be designed and integrated. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs offer particular advantages over other storage media, and not just for archiving. Hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards don't last forever. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are ideal for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos.
